Terms and Conditions
Qualified Purchasers can receive Promotion Savings when purchasing an eligible Mac or an eligible iPad with a Promotion Product. Qualified Purchasers have the option to upgrade select Promotion Products at an Additional Upgrade Cost. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions herein, and capitalized terms are defined below:
PROMOTION PERIOD:
The promotion begins on June 17, 2025 and ends on September 30, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”), in the UAE (“Qualifying Country”).
QUALIFYING LOCATIONS:
Brick-and-mortar Apple Store locations, Apple Store for Education, and 8000 444 0396 (each a “Qualifying Location”). Eligible Products and Promotion Products (as defined below) must be purchased from a Qualifying Location in the Qualifying Country. Only purchases and deliveries within the same Qualifying Country are eligible. Orders of Eligible Products and Promotion Products from a Qualifying Location that are placed during the Promotion Period and ship after the end of the Promotion Period are eligible to receive Promotion Savings.
THE OFFER:
Qualified Purchasers who purchase an Eligible Product and a Promotion Product within a single transaction during the Promotion Period shall receive a discount equal to the value of the Promotion Savings off the cost of the Eligible Product as outlined below. Qualified Purchasers will be charged for all items in their basket, including the Promotion Product. Promotion Savings are applied to the transaction instantly at the time of purchase. Customers will choose one (1) Promotion Product; Promotion Products vary depending on the Eligible Product purchased. This offer expires when the purchase transaction is complete.

QUALIFIED PURCHASERS
Individuals eligible to purchase from the Apple Store for Education include teachers, staff, students and parents as follows (each a “Qualified Purchaser”):
Employees of any education institution - Any employee of a public or private education institution in the UAE is eligible.
Tertiary education students - Students attending or accepted into a tertiary education institution in the UAE are eligible to purchase.
Parents of tertiary education students - Parents purchasing on behalf of their child who is a student currently attending or accepted into a public or private tertiary education institution in the UAE are eligible to purchase.
Purchases from the Apple Store for Education are not for institutional purchase or resale.
PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are subject to the policy of the Qualifying Location where the purchase was made. Both the Promotion Product and the Eligible Product must be returned to receive a full refund. If the Promotion Product is missing, is not returned, or has been redeemed, the full original value of the Promotion Product will be deducted from the exchange or refund value of the Eligible Product. If the Eligible Product is not returned, special offer pricing will not apply and you will be charged the current full price of the Eligible Product.
PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS
This offer is valid only during the Promotion Period, while supplies last. Eligible Products, Promotion Products, and Promotion Product colors are subject to availability. Apple may end this offer at any time, for any reason. For Eligible Mac purchases, only one (1) Promotion Product per Qualified Purchaser may be obtained during this promotion. For Eligible iPad purchases, only one (1) Promotion Product per Qualified Purchaser may be obtained during this promotion. You must demonstrate that you meet the Qualified Purchaser requirements above prior to your purchase. Resellers, public entities, government entities, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, enterprise purchasers, and business purchasers do not qualify, and Apple reserves the right to cancel purchases made by such purchasers. If Apple determines that you participated in this promotion but were not a Qualified Purchaser, Apple will charge the amount of the Promotion Savings received.
OTHER RESTRICTIONS
This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This offer may be combined with other Apple promotions that are directed to individual end-user customers and offered during the same Promotion Period in the Qualifying Locations, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations applicable to this promotion and such other Apple promotion(s). Apple is also not responsible for any loss, destruction, or theft of your qualifying Eligible Product or Promotion Product.
