Terms and Conditions
Qualified Purchasers receive a Promotion Product with the purchase of an Eligible Product. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions herein, and capitalized terms are defined below.
PROMOTION PERIOD:
The promotion begins on June 17, 2025, and ends on September 30, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”) in the United States of America (“Qualifying Country”).
QUALIFYING LOCATIONS:
Brick-and-mortar Apple Store locations, Apple Store for Education, and 800-MY-APPLE (each a “Qualifying Location”). Eligible Products (as defined in the chart below) must be purchased from a Qualifying Location in the Qualifying Country. Only purchases and deliveries within the same Qualifying Country are eligible. Orders of Eligible Products from a Qualifying Location that are placed during the Promotion Period and ship after the end of the Promotion Period are eligible to receive a Promotion Product (as defined in the chart below).
THE OFFER:
Qualified Purchasers who purchase an Eligible Product and a Promotion Product through a Qualifying Location during the Promotion Period shall receive a discount equal to the value of the Promotion Product (depending on their purchase, as set forth in the chart below) off the price of the Eligible Product at the time of purchase. Customers will be charged for all items in their cart, including the Promotion Product. Customers will choose their Promotion Product; Promotion Products vary depending on the Eligible Product purchased. This offer expires when the purchase transaction is complete.

Important notice regarding the checkout receipt and monthly statement for Apple Card Monthly Installments (ACMI) purchases with this promotion: A purchase of an Eligible Product made when selecting ACMI (a 0% APR payment option only available in the U.S.) as the payment type at checkout will receive an instant credit of the value of the Promotion Product (depending on the type of Eligible Product purchased), which is equal to the cost of the applicable Promotion Product deducted from the price of the Eligible Product at the time of purchase. You will be charged one ACMI installment plan over 12 months for the Eligible Product discounted by the instant credit. The value of the Promotion Product will also be charged in a separate second ACMI installment plan over 12 months. The total combined amount charged over the 2 separate ACMI installment plans will reflect the original full retail price of the Eligible Product. Separately, you will receive and be charged for the Promotion Product in the amount of the applicable instant credit. As of January 1, 2025, the variable APR on new Apple Card accounts ranges from 18.24% to 28.49%. You must elect to use ACMI at checkout. If you buy an ACMI-eligible product with a one-time payment on Apple Card at checkout, that purchase is subject to the Apple Card’s variable APR, not the ACMI 0% APR. Taxes and shipping on items purchased using ACMI are subject to your Apple Card’s variable APR, not the ACMI 0% APR. In order to buy and iPhone with ACMI, you must select one of the following carriers: AT&T, Boost Mobile, T-Mobile, or Verizon. An iPhone purchased with ACMI is always unlocked, so you can switch carriers at any time, subject to your carrier’s terms. ACMI is not available for purchases made online at the following special stores: Apple Employee Purchase Plan; participating corporate Employee Purchase Programs; Apple at Work for small businesses; Government and Veterans and Military Purchase Programs; or on refurbished devices. The last month’s payment for each product will be the product’s purchase price, less all other payments at the monthly payment amount. ACMI financing is subject to change at any time for any reason, including but not limited to installment term lengths and eligible products for ACMI. QUALIFIED PURCHASERS:
Those eligible for this promotion include faculty, staff, students, and parents as follows (each a “Qualified Purchaser”):
K–12 - An employee of a public or private K–12 institution in the United States is eligible, including homeschool teachers. In addition, school board members who are currently serving as elected or appointed members are eligible. PTA or PTO executives currently serving as elected or appointed officers are eligible.
Higher Education - Faculty and staff of Higher Education institutions in the United States and students attending or accepted into a Higher Education institution in the United States are eligible.
Higher Education Parents - Parents purchasing on behalf of their child who is a student currently attending or accepted into a public or private Higher Education institution in the United States are eligible.
Purchases from the Apple Store for Education by individuals are not for institutional purchase or resale.
PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Returns and exchanges are subject to the policy of the Qualifying Location where the purchase was made. Both the Promotion Product and the Eligible Product must be returned to receive a full refund. If the Promotion Product is missing, is not returned, or has been redeemed, the full original value of the Promotion Product will be deducted from the exchange or refund value of the Eligible Product. If the Eligible Product is not returned, special offer pricing will not apply and you will be charged the current full price of the Eligible Product.
PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS:
This offer is valid only during the Promotion Period, while supplies last. Eligible Products and Promotion Products are subject to availability. For eligible Mac purchases, only one (1) Promotion Product per Qualified Purchaser may be obtained during this promotion. For eligible iPad purchases, only one (1) Promotion Product per Qualified Purchaser may be obtained during this promotion. You must demonstrate that you meet the Qualified Purchaser requirements prior to your purchase. Resellers, public entities, government entities, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, enterprise purchasers, and business purchasers do not qualify, and Apple reserves the right to cancel purchases made by such purchasers. If Apple determines that you participated in this promotion but were not a Qualified Purchaser, Apple will seek a return of the Promotion Product or reimbursement for the value of the Promotion Product. Purchases of Eligible Products via any channel other than any of the Qualifying Locations are not eligible for this promotion. Refurbished products, end-of-life products, and open-box returns sold “as is” are not eligible for this offer.
OTHER RESTRICTIONS:
This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This offer may be combined with other Apple promotions that are directed to individual end-user customers and offered during the same Promotion Period in the Qualifying Locations, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations applicable to this promotion and such other Apple promotion(s). Apple is not responsible for any loss, destruction, or theft of your Eligible Product or Promotion Product.
